Position: Local PV + ESS Part-time Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Cooli New Energy’s photovoltaic and energy storage systems to local customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients in Kinshasa
  • Educate customers on the benefits and technical aspects of our PV+ESS products
  • Participate in local marketing activities and demonstrations
  • Collect market feedback and communicate customer needs to the company

What We’re Looking For:

  • Residents based in Kinshasa, DRC
  • Strong communication skills and local market knowledge
  • Interest in renewable energy technologies (training provided)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • French or English language skills are advantageous but not mandatory
  • Sales experience preferred but not required – we welcome motivated individuals looking to start their career in renewable energy

What We Offer:

  • Monthly base salary: $150
  • Attractive commission: 1% on all sales you generate
  • $45 immediate bonus upon passing the interview
